Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively
- capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to work flexible shifts
- must comply with local health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- practice positive public relations to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- anticipate and respond to guests' needs to enhance their dining experience
- demonstrate enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions
- assist other Servers to promote teamwork and provide outstanding guest service
- thoroughly understand product specifications and ensure accurate guest receipts
- perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- report equipment and facility issues to management
- follow correct table bussing procedures
- adhere to safe work practices to ensure personal and coworker safety
- perform duty roster tasks and maintain cleanliness, service, and quality standards
- comply with local health department laws
