Job Requirements
- must be 18 or older
- ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions
- ability to do simple addition and subtraction
- ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions
- ability to write identifying information
- ability to request supplies orally or in writing
- able to physically perform medium work including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- able to perform climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- must report to work on time
- able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer contact

Job Duties
- provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- makes an effort to learn customers’ names and address them by name
- answers the telephone promptly and provides friendly, helpful service
- checks with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolves any problems
- collects payments from customers
- writes, memorizes or enters food orders into the system
- prepares checks itemizing meal costs and taxes
- takes orders for food or beverages
- checks patrons' identification for age requirements
- serves food or beverages and prepares specialty dishes
- presents menus and answers questions with recommendations
- cleans tables or counters after dining
- prepares hot, cold and mixed drinks and chills bottles of wine
- stocks service areas with supplies
- maintains adherence to hygiene and dress guidelines
- complies with company policies and store guidelines
- reports to work on time
- knowledgeable of all menu items including bar where applicable
- accurately reports tip income
