Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age or as required by state liquor laws
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass TIPs training and Food Handlers training within 30 days of hire
- High school diploma or equivalent or currently enrolled in high school
- Preferred: previous serving or hospitality experience

Job Duties
- Welcome guests and ensure they are comfortable
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver items promptly
- Provide menu knowledge, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate
- Adhere to state liquor laws and park policies when serving alcoholic beverages
- Ensure proper cash handling in accordance with company policy
- Perform basic cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service
- Perform other duties as assigned to support food and beverage operations
