Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Good coordination and mobility
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to follow food safety protocols and company policies

- Basic skills in sanitation, safety and customer service taught through in-house training

Job Duties
- Report to work well-groomed in clean and proper uniform and practice good personal hygiene
- Greet all guests in a kind, courteous and respectable way
- Handle cash, credit card information, gift cards and payments responsibly
- Take verbal drink and meal orders accurately according to guest preference
- Serve high quality food and check all orders for completeness, correctness and presentation
- Monitor food temperatures during hot and cold handling to ensure food safety
- Maintain cleanliness of work station and pantry
- Perform side work during downtime including rolling silverware, restocking condiment holders and cleaning work areas
- Execute the service cycle and team responsibilities consistently
- Maintain sufficient menu knowledge to suggestively sell to guests
- Write guest checks and operate POS equipment according to company policies
- Anticipate, identify and correct service and system issues to maximize guest satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with managers and co-workers regarding service issues, safety problems and equipment needs
