Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practices positive public relations through ensuring the restaurant is welcoming and inclusive
- Anticipates and responds to guests' needs to make their experience pleasurable
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions
- Promotes teamwork by assisting other Servers
- Understands product specifications and ensures guest receipts are accurate
- Performs opening and closing procedures and assigned side work
- Reports equipment and facility problems to management
- Applies correct table bussing procedures
- Follows safe work practices to ensure safety
- Maintains cleanliness standards and adheres to local health department laws
