Job Requirements
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- Desire to work with seniors
- Willingness to learn proper serving etiquette
- Availability to work shifts that end by 8 pm
- Experience in food service preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Ensure residents have an extraordinary dining experience by being attentive, anticipating their needs, and engaging genuinely
- Use proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere, receive training if needed
- Provide hands-on serving functions within the community
- Deliver fine dining customer service to residents
- Collaborate effectively with the culinary team and other staff to maintain high service standards
- Assist with bussing and setting tables as needed
- Uphold the organization’s standards for cleanliness and presentation in the dining area
