Job Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work shifts including weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to handle physical aspects of serving
- Good interpersonal skills
- Availability to work scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- Desire to work with seniors and provide exceptional service
- Experience in food service work preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members

Job Duties
- Ensure residents have an extraordinary dining experience by being attentive and anticipating their needs
- Provide hands-on serving functions in the dining room
- Use proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere
- Build genuine relationships with residents and engage with them
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Deliver food and beverage orders accurately and timely
- Collaborate with culinary and hospitality teams to enhance service quality
