Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Maintain high personal hygiene and workplace cleanliness
- Pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to obtain Food Handler’s Certificate if not already certified
- Basic understanding of dietary restrictions and nutrition preferred

- Prior experience in food service or related hospitality roles a plus
- Ability to follow directions and maintain professionalism
- Willingness to obtain a Food Handler’s Certificate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet residents by name and assist with seating
- Accurately deliver meals, drinks, and snacks paying attention to dietary needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean and sanitary dining room and kitchen area
- Work respectfully with residents including those with memory loss or physical impairments
- Follow health and safety standards strictly
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas
