Job Qualifications
- High school student or equivalent
- Ability to interact positively with residents and guests
- Willingness to learn and participate in on-site training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or dining service is a plus but not required
- Positive attitude and the ability to maintain a warm demeanor throughout shifts
Job Duties
- Dazzle residents, family members, and guests with engaging conversation to create an exceptional dining experience
- Display a warm, welcoming demeanor while delivering healthy and delicious meals
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced restaurant/resort style dining environment
- Build relationships with residents and enjoy coming to work while maintaining work-life balance
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring resident satisfaction
- Assist with set-up and clean-up of dining areas
- Follow health and safety regulations in all dining service activities
