Job Duties

  • Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
  • Practices positive public relations through ensuring the restaurant is welcoming and inclusive
  • Is aware of guests' needs and works to make their experience pleasurable
  • Shows enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
  • Promotes teamwork by assisting other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service
  • Understands product specifications and ensures receipts match guest count
  • Performs opening, closing procedures and side work duties
  • Reports equipment and facility issues to management
  • Follows correct table bussing procedures
  • Adheres to safe work practices for safety of self and others
  • Maintains cleanliness and meets service and quality standards
  • Complies with local health department laws
