Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours at a time
- ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds
- clear and effective communication skills
- willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks as required
- ability to frequently wash hands and handle cleaning supplies
- commitment to guest satisfaction and team collaboration
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and positive attitude
- basic math skills for handling payments
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- take accurate food and beverage orders
- make menu recommendations based on guest preferences
- serve food and drinks efficiently and promptly
- ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating and addressing needs
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- handle guest payments and process transactions accurately
