Job Requirements
- 18 plus years old
- high school degree or GED preferred
- prior server experience preferred
- ServeSafe Food Certification a plus
- reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
- bilingual experience a plus
- reliable transportation required

Job Duties
- Delivers food and drinks to guests using Applebee's team delivery
- interacts verbally with all bar guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- greet guests, answer questions, makes suggestions regarding food, drinks, and specials
- completes assigned opening and closing side work
- presents guest checks to dining room patrons and handles transactions
- relays food orders to kitchen via the point-of-sale system in a timely and accurate manner
- serves alcohol according to all state and federal laws and company policies
- participates in the clearing and resetting of dining room tables using Applebee's team delivery
- observes guests, responds to requests, and anticipates needs
- maintains a clean and organized work area
- explains and demonstrates usage of Tabletop Electronic Devices to guests
- drives sales with suggestive selling
- writes and repeats guests' orders to ensure accuracy
- accommodates special guest needs such as booster chairs and high chairs
- may serve in host/hostess or carside to-go server roles as scheduled
- performs general utility functions as requested by management
