Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
- ability to bend reach crouch and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capable of standing for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service preferred
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- team player with attention to detail
- basic math skills for handling cash and POS systems
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest beverages appetizers and desserts
- accurately take food and beverage orders and correctly enter them into the POS system
- promptly pick up and deliver food orders
- ensure customers are well attended offer refills and clear away unused items
- deliver and settle the check in a timely manner thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
