Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of serving experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and understand the English language
- Manual dexterity of hands and arms to use kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull without extended sitting
- Ability to lift or carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Enhance the overall dining experience for residents, family members and guests
- Assist in the delivery of culinary activities across various dining venues including Bistro, Casual, Formal, Luminations® memory care and Club Room
- Provide professional, friendly, courteous, helpful and timely service in alignment with The Sterling Touch® standards
- Support special events and private functions with attentive dining service
- Collaborate with Executive Chef and Dining Room Supervisor to maintain community standards and service excellence
- Communicate effectively with residents, guests and team members to ensure satisfaction
- Follow safety, sanitation, and operational procedures within dining areas
