Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Availability to work morning, midday, and evening shifts including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing and walking for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Server preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Positive attitude and courteous demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practice positive public relations by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests
- Be attentive to guests' needs and work to make their experience pleasurable
- Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
- Promote teamwork by assisting other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service
- Understand product specifications thoroughly and ensure guests' receipts match the number of guests dining in their party
- Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- Report equipment and facility problems to the Manager
- Follow correct table bussing procedures
- Follow safe work practices to ensure personal and co-worker safety
- Perform duty roster tasks and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards
- Adhere to local health department laws
