Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a Server preferred
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to maintain a clean and neat appearance
- Willingness to follow safe work practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practice positive public relations by maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Be attentive to guests' needs to enhance their dining experience
- Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions
- Assist other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service through teamwork
- Thoroughly understand product specifications and confirm guests' receipts match their party size
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties adhering to operational guidelines
- Report equipment and facility problems to the Manager promptly
- Follow correct table bussing procedures to maintain cleanliness
- Adhere to safe work practices to ensure safety of self, co-workers, and guests
- Follow duty roster and cleanliness standards
- Comply with local health department laws
