Job Requirements

  • minimum age 18 or older
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • basic math skills for operating POS system
  • must obtain and maintain state beverage service certification where required
  • legality to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols beneficial
  • state-mandated beverage service certificate (where applicable)
  • passion for food and customer service

Job Duties

  • practice safe food handling procedures and awareness of food allergens
  • follow company policies and procedures
  • maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
  • operate point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
  • uphold cash handling procedures
  • possess state-mandated beverage service certificate (where applicable)
  • deliver exceptional guest service following CPK High 5 principles
