Job Requirements
- minimum age 18 or older
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to communicate effectively
- basic math skills for operating POS system
- must obtain and maintain state beverage service certification where required
- legality to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols beneficial
- state-mandated beverage service certificate (where applicable)
- passion for food and customer service
Job Duties
- practice safe food handling procedures and awareness of food allergens
- follow company policies and procedures
- maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
- operate point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
- uphold cash handling procedures
- possess state-mandated beverage service certificate (where applicable)
- deliver exceptional guest service following CPK High 5 principles
