Job Requirements

18 years of age or older
1-2 years of experience as a server
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
basic knowledge of food and beverage service including beer, wine, and cocktail pairings
fluent and fully conversational in English
must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment
ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
ability to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Follow OTG steps of service, standard operating procedures
greet guests pleasantly
walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system
highlight menu, food and beverage options, make suggestions based on guest preferences and/or dietary restrictions/allergies
follow the OTG cash handling and cash register policies
maintain cleanliness within the restaurant's dining and service stations
communicate with chefs and managers to ensure food is delivered to guests in a timely manner
adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
participate in training sessions and team meetings as required
assist team members as needed
inform MOD on guest complaints/feedback/inquiries
monitor and report intoxicated guests to MOD
inform leadership team of low inventory and equipment issues
perform additional tasks requested by the OTG leadership team
