Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • 1-2 years of experience as a server
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage service including beer, wine, and cocktail pairings
  • fluent and fully conversational in English
  • must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment
  • ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • ability to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Follow OTG steps of service, standard operating procedures
  • greet guests pleasantly
  • walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system
  • highlight menu, food and beverage options, make suggestions based on guest preferences and/or dietary restrictions/allergies
  • follow the OTG cash handling and cash register policies
  • maintain cleanliness within the restaurant's dining and service stations
  • communicate with chefs and managers to ensure food is delivered to guests in a timely manner
  • adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
  • participate in training sessions and team meetings as required
  • assist team members as needed
  • inform MOD on guest complaints/feedback/inquiries
  • monitor and report intoxicated guests to MOD
  • inform leadership team of low inventory and equipment issues
  • perform additional tasks requested by the OTG leadership team
