Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capability to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking
- willingness to follow all safety and health regulations
- excellent customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- teamwork and collaboration skills
- basic knowledge of POS systems beneficial
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them in the POS system
- timely pick up and deliver food orders
- ensure customers are well attended by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
- timely deliver and settle the bill, thank guests and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
