- Excellent verbal communication and guest-engagement skills
- Strong working knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and beer
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and strong work ethic
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hospitality experience preferred

- Prepare, maintain, and reset tables and service stations by completing all assigned sidework
- Assist runners in delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Maintain clean, organized service areas and ensure tables are cleared and reset efficiently
