Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • be an American citizen or Green Card holder
  • willingness and ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
  • ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
  • pass pre-employment drug test including for Marijuana and other controlled substances
  • comply with company grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
  • abstain from alcohol consumption during employment
  • ability to participate in emergency and safety training and functions
  • understand that this is a temporary employment position lasting no more than 28 weeks

Job Qualifications

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • demonstrate the ability to maintain composure under pressure and a positive attitude
  • have prior experience or interest in hospitality is a plus but not mandatory
  • ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
  • efficiently set-up and break-down all meal services including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour
  • cater to all culinary requests promptly
  • acknowledge guests by name and escort them to tables
  • present food and beverage menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu-related questions
  • relay orders to galley and serve courses and beverages with care, ensuring presentation is attractive
  • perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and supporting evening entertainment
