Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- willingness and ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- pass pre-employment drug test including for Marijuana and other controlled substances
- comply with company grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- abstain from alcohol consumption during employment
- ability to participate in emergency and safety training and functions
- understand that this is a temporary employment position lasting no more than 28 weeks
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age

- possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- demonstrate the ability to maintain composure under pressure and a positive attitude
- have prior experience or interest in hospitality is a plus but not mandatory
- ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- efficiently set-up and break-down all meal services including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour
- cater to all culinary requests promptly
- acknowledge guests by name and escort them to tables
- present food and beverage menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu-related questions
- relay orders to galley and serve courses and beverages with care, ensuring presentation is attractive
- perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and supporting evening entertainment
