Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the country
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- good communication skills
- reliability and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a restaurant server waiter waitress runner or other FOH part-time restaurant job preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- accommodate guests' needs following Applebee's Ten Basic Service Steps
- interact with guests to ensure a positive dining experience
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure order accuracy
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- assist with opening and closing duties as needed
