Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand and walk for entire shift without rest
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- excellent verbal communication skills
- capability to use hands for handling objects and controls
- ability to bend and stoop as necessary
- strong vision capabilities including color and peripheral vision
- must be dependable and a team player
- must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications
- Excellent guest service skills and experience
- ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise

- computer skills including POS system knowledge
- 0-2 years related experience
- strong knowledge of commonly used restaurant concepts, practices, and procedures
- relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Job Duties
- Take guest orders utilizing menu knowledge and situational selling techniques
- serve food and beverages promptly ensuring quality and company standards
- communicate professionally with guests to determine needs and assist with menu selections
- promote new promotions and product information to guests
- describe menu items accurately exhibiting knowledge and meeting quality standards
- input orders accurately into the POS system
- pre-bus tables and assist with approved side work
- practice safe food and beverage handling and maintain cleanliness
- safely handle food prep equipment such as knives, coffee maker, iced tea machine
- effectively handle guest complaints and escalate appropriately
- communicate with guests and manage guest flow during busy times
- assist in other job categories as needed
- perform all duties as assigned
