Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ServSafe certification if required
- exceptional customer service skills
- ability to comply with all policies and procedures
- no prior dining services experience required but preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Serve meals to the residents and set the table in the dining rooms
- maintain cleanliness of production areas including but not limited to vents, fryers, flattop, range, steamers, ovens, refrigerators, coolers, and storage areas
- bus dining room as needed and send dishes through the dishwashing machine
- wash pots and pans as needed
- put clean dishes away in appropriate places
- sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed
- dispose of garbage appropriately
- perform other duties as assigned
- comply with all policies and procedures and any updates
