Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year experience preferred in fine dining hospitality or senior living
  • Food Safety Certified within 90 days of position start
  • Maintain CPR, First Aid, ServeSafe certifications and training
  • Comply with safety procedures including PPE and Lockout Tagout
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide dining service training to new care managers
  • Maintain dining room setup and cleanliness according to standards
  • Assist residents with menu selections and serve meals and beverages
  • Monitor dining room readiness through checklist inspections
  • Practice safe food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Participate in safety programs and risk management compliance
  • Attend team meetings and maintain training compliance
