Job Requirements
- Must have open availability
- Must be available weekends
- Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
- Must pass all health screens such as physical, TB test, and drug test
- Must have current basic first aid certification or obtain within first 30 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer service attitude
- Ability to work effectively with seniors
- Familiarity with proper serving techniques and etiquette
- Knowledge of sanitary guidelines in food service
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and attend training
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to residents during meal times
- Assure compliance with all proper serving techniques and etiquette such as serving from the left and clearing used dishes between courses
- Adhere to all sanitary guidelines according to Company policies and state and local regulations
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with residents and team members
- Assist in setting up dining areas and ensuring cleanliness
- Respond promptly to resident requests and dietary needs
- Participate in training to enhance service skills and knowledge
