Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years serving experience desired
- Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Adherence to food and beverage handling regulations

Job Duties
- Greet the guest with a smile and friendly hello
- Recommend 2 drinks, 2 appetizers, dinner specials and 2 desserts
- Properly record all transactions
- Maintain a clean and proper uniform with name badge daily
- Record order properly, reciting selection and input orders into Aloha for accountability
- Replenish beverages
- Proper table maintenance, sugar caddies, ketchups, table tents all current cleaned and stocked
- Adhere to all state, federal, and corporate food and beverage handling regulations pertaining to serving food and alcoholic beverages
- Wait staff must not smoke or chew gum at their stations
- Shall not consume alcoholic beverage while on hotel premises, whether on duty or not
- Will not serve intoxicated guest
- Notify the Manager on Duty immediately
- Will not serve persons who are under the legal drinking age
- If doubtful of age, proof of I.D. will be politely asked for
- If still doubtful notify the Manager on Duty
- Report unusual occurrences to Director or Manager on Duty
- Advise Management of any unsatisfactory food or beverage items so they can be replaced properly
- Establish proper service procedures and follow them at all times
- Cleanliness, restocking, running food, bussing tables of restaurant is all part of responsibilities
- Follow Dolphin Hotels and Bilmar Policies at all times
