Job Requirements
- At least 17 years of age
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen
- Willingness to learn fine dining serving etiquette
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work evenings with shifts ending by 8 pm
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Desire to work with seniors and provide exceptional service
- Experience in food service work preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Ensure residents have an extraordinary dining experience by being attentive and anticipating their needs
- Use proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere
- Deliver fine dining customer service
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with culinary team members to ensure timely service
- Uphold community standards for hospitality and resident care
- Participate in ongoing training to improve service skills
