Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Food handling certification such as ServSafe and Responsible Beverage Service
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must conform to hotel dress and grooming standards, including wearing the hotel-issued uniform, no visible tattoos while in uniform, no unnatural hair colors, no piercings other than one pair of earrings, and neatly groomed facial hair
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Able and willing to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to address guest concerns professionally and tactfully

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously
- Present menus and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver orders in a timely manner and ensure accuracy
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle concerns professionally
- Clear tables, reset for new guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Process payments accurately using the POS system
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace policies
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
