Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- basic math skills for order accuracy
- adherence to health and safety guidelines

Job Duties
- ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- practice positive public relations to maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment
- be attentive to guests' needs to enhance their dining experience
- demonstrate enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions
- assist other servers to promote teamwork and outstanding service
- perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- follow safe work practices to ensure safety of self and others
