Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Minimum of 1 year's experience as a server in the fast-casual restaurant industry
High school diploma or GED required
Proficiency in POS systems
Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
Strong knowledge of team leadership and conflict resolution
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
Strong communication skills with guests
Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
