Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of 1 year's experience as a server in the fast-casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and conflict resolution
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Strong communication skills with guests
- Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
