Job Requirements
- Pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana and controlled substances
- comply with grooming standards limiting visible tattoos and piercings
- no alcohol consumption while on duty
- willingness to work 28 weeks onboard
- ability to meet physical job demands

Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week
- strong customer service and hospitality skills
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- capable of physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- ability to maintain composure under pressure and a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- efficiently set up and break down dining areas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including table settings, linen, silverware, china, and glassware
- cater to all culinary requests promptly and professionally
- acknowledge guests by name, escort to tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu questions
- relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages ensuring presentation and garnishment standards
- perform additional functions such as greeting guests at embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment events
