Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- good physical stamina and dexterity
- excellent customer service skills
- willingness to obtain ServSafe certification if hired
- background check clearance
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- valid food handlers card
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work part-time hours with flexibility
- positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- experience in food service is a plus but not required
- willingness to adhere to community policies and procedures
Job Duties
- greet residents and guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen
- serve meals and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards
- respond to resident requests and needs efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- assist in setting up and breaking down dining spaces
- uphold all food safety and hygiene standards
