Job Requirements
- Must have 2 plus years as a server in a dining room restaurant establishment
- must be willing and available to work weekend shifts
- basic proficiency in POS software
- ability to greet members and guests warmly
- capacity to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- ability to follow credit handling procedures
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet all members, guests and associates in a warm and enthusiastic manner
- present menu, specials, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, service, appropriate wines, and food preparation
- write, memorize or transpose order into the POS system with accuracy
- relay order or special food and drink preparation to kitchen and service bar
- observe and follow-up with members and guests that ordered requests were met or exceeded
- clear, clean, sanitize and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each meal
- notify a manager immediately of any guest issues, unfamiliar questions or complaints
- use proper etiquette guidelines for seating members and guests
- practice and observe all health and safety rules and procedures
- assist all service personnel in any duties as requested
- maintain and follow all credit handling procedures
