Job Duties

  • Greet guests immediately, guide them through menus, while demonstrating genuine hospitality

  • Accurately record food orders ensuring each guest receives their meal to their exact specifications
  • Ensure all food and beverages are served promptly, garnished correctly, and meet Ruth's Chris standard of excellence
  • Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by placing a high priority on the guest experience
  • Effectively communicate with guests and other team members
  • Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
