Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- Must be American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work 12 hours per day for 7 days a week up to 28 weeks
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Compliance with company grooming standards
- No alcohol consumption while on duty
- Temporary employment not exceeding 28 weeks
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing or walking for extended periods
- Pass a pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
- Comply with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Have a positive attitude and work well under pressure
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- Efficiently set-up and break-down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including setting tables, arranging linen, silverware, china and glassware
- Cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner
- Acknowledge guests by name, escort them to tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer questions about menu items
- Relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages ensuring presentation and garnishing
- Greet guests upon embarkation, serve afternoon teas and snacks, and cater evening entertainment
- Perform other restaurant-related duties as required
