Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years old
- must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- willing and able to work at least 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- must meet moderate physical requirements including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
- must pass pre-employment drug testing including marijuana and controlled substances
- must adhere to no alcohol consumption policy onboard
- must comply with grooming standards including visible tattoos and piercings limitations
- position is temporary and limited to 28 weeks
Job Qualifications
- Be at least eighteen years old
- be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week up to 28 weeks
- able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking for extended periods
- maintain grooming standards regarding visible tattoos and piercings
- able to work under pressure and maintain composure with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- set up and break down dining areas including tables, linen, silverware, china, and glassware
- cater to culinary requests efficiently
- acknowledge guests by name and escort them to their tables
- present menus and provide suggestions on courses and wines
- relay orders to the galley and serve food and beverages with care and proper presentation
- perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and supporting evening entertainment events
