Job Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a server
alcoholic beverage service certified based on local jurisdiction
valid food handler certified
willingness to learn new skills and support the broader team
ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
experience with Micros and Toast or a similar POS system
general knowledge of food, wine and beer
willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Live our vision, values and beliefs
greet guests at their tables and at the host stand
ensure all guest orders are placed in a timely manner including water, beverage, and food orders
support guests' questions related to food and beverage items including ingredients, methods of preparation and allergens
engage with guests to make them feel welcomed and at home
carry "full hands" on trips to and from the kitchen
process all guest payments
run food and drinks to guest tables as needed
restock credenzas, clear, crumb, reset, sanitize tables, box to-go items, perform sidework including serviettes and rollups
polish silverware and glassware
