Job Requirements

  • minimum of two years of hospitality service experience
  • ability to work 8 hours in a row and lift 50lbs
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • certification in ServSafe and RAMPS
  • adherence to Office of Food Protection Health and Safety standards and Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board regulations
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations

Job Duties

  • greet, take orders, and support all guests dining needs in The Lounge and Music Hall for all events
  • meet all standards of service for the best guest experience
  • prep and maintain all necessary supplies for service
  • stay informed on current menu offerings and relevant beverage details
  • maintain ServSafe and RAMPS certification and enforce and maintain all Office of Food Protection Health and Safety and PLCB standards
  • support peers and management in providing the safest and most positive work environment
