Job Requirements
- minimum of two years of hospitality service experience
- ability to work 8 hours in a row and lift 50lbs
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- certification in ServSafe and RAMPS
- adherence to Office of Food Protection Health and Safety standards and Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board regulations
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations

Job Duties
- greet, take orders, and support all guests dining needs in The Lounge and Music Hall for all events
- meet all standards of service for the best guest experience
- prep and maintain all necessary supplies for service
- stay informed on current menu offerings and relevant beverage details
- maintain ServSafe and RAMPS certification and enforce and maintain all Office of Food Protection Health and Safety and PLCB standards
- support peers and management in providing the safest and most positive work environment
