Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years old
  • must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
  • must be willing and able to work at least 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
  • must be physically able to perform lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking for extended periods
  • must pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
  • must strictly abstain from alcohol consumption while on duty
  • must adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
  • must accept temporary employment not extending beyond 28 weeks

Job Qualifications

  • Be at least eighteen years old
  • be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
  • have the ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
  • possess good physical condition to meet moderate demands such as lifting, bending, climbing, and standing or walking for extended periods
  • maintain a positive attitude and composure under pressure
  • comply with grooming standards including visible tattoo and piercing limitations
  • pass a pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
  • demonstrate dedication to safety and emergency functions through training

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
  • efficiently set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including tables, linen, silverware, china, and glassware
  • cater to all culinary requests efficiently
  • acknowledge guests by name, escort them to tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer questions about menu items
  • relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care ensuring presentation and garnishing
  • perform additional duties such as greeting guests at embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment events
