Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years old
- must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
- must be willing and able to work at least 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- must be physically able to perform lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and walking for extended periods
- must pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
- must strictly abstain from alcohol consumption while on duty
- must adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- must accept temporary employment not extending beyond 28 weeks
Job Qualifications
- Be at least eighteen years old
- be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
- have the ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- possess good physical condition to meet moderate demands such as lifting, bending, climbing, and standing or walking for extended periods
- maintain a positive attitude and composure under pressure
- comply with grooming standards including visible tattoo and piercing limitations
- pass a pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other controlled substances
- demonstrate dedication to safety and emergency functions through training
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- efficiently set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including tables, linen, silverware, china, and glassware
- cater to all culinary requests efficiently
- acknowledge guests by name, escort them to tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer questions about menu items
- relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care ensuring presentation and garnishing
- perform additional duties such as greeting guests at embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment events
