Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
  • Practices positive public relations through ensuring the restaurant is welcoming and inclusive
  • Aware of guests' needs and works to make the experience pleasurable
  • Shows enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and specials
  • Promotes teamwork by assisting other servers
  • Thoroughly understands product specifications and ensures guests' receipts match the number of guests dining
  • Performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties
  • Brings equipment and facility problems to the attention of the manager
  • Familiar with correct table bussing procedures
  • Follows safe work practices
  • Performs duties with cleanliness and quality standards
  • Follows local health department laws
