Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a server, waiter, or waitress in the fast-casual restaurant industry
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- Availability to work within open hours including evenings, holidays, weekends
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Strong communication skills with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Duties

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them efficiently into the POS system
- Serve meals and beverages promptly ensuring accuracy and presentation meet company standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain smooth service flow
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and empathy
- Uphold stringent cleanliness and organizational standards in the dining and work areas
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations in compliance with state certifications
