Job Requirements

  • ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • possess or be able to obtain state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
  • availability to work full-time or part-time
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to handle food safely and responsibly
  • adherence to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous restaurant or customer service experience beneficial
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • basic math skills for point-of-sale operations
  • passion for food and hospitality
  • ability to handle fast-paced service demands

Job Duties

  • work well in a fast-paced environment
  • practice safe food handling procedures and have awareness of food allergens
  • follow company policies and procedures
  • maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
  • operate the point-of-sale system accurately and uphold cash handling procedures
  • have state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
  • provide exceptional guest service by adhering to CPK High 5 principles
