Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to operate computerized POS system
- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Valid Food Worker Card if required by state or county
- Prefer a minimum of one year of serving experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to stand, walk and carry food trays for extended periods
- Courteous and professional demeanor
- Must work well in a team environment

- Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays with two hands for prolonged periods of time
Job Duties
- Greets guests promptly and courteously, reviews specials and menu options
- Service of food and/or beverage including order-taking, delivery and clearing of items
- Maintains service station cleanliness and proper set-up before, during and after shifts
- Takes orders and inputs them into the Point of Sale system
- Confirms ready orders for accuracy and delivers them to guests
- Ensures guest satisfaction throughout the meal including drink refills and pre-bussing
- Delivers the check promptly, completes transactions and thanks guests
- Abides by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies related to serving alcoholic beverages
