Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Capability to follow food safety and allergen procedures
  • Successful completion of state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
  • Availability to work flexible shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and allergen management
  • Ability to operate POS systems accurately
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Valid state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable

Job Duties

  • Work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
  • Practice safe food handling procedures and manage awareness of food allergens
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
  • Uphold cash handling procedures
  • Obtain and maintain state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
