Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3 years of previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Positive interpersonal skills
- Must speak English fluently and write in basic English
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to speak and hear
- Close and distance vision
- Frequent walking with some standing at times
- Will walk for long periods of time, possibly extended distances
- Frequently lifts/carries up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally lifts/carries up to 50 lbs
- Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual and fine motor skills
- Able to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly

Job Duties
- Prepare, clean, and level tables and ensure side stations are stocked
- Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties, and inventory status
- Present menus, suggest dishes, assist in drink selection, and inform customers about food preparation details and allergies
- Maintain proper dining experience including delivering items, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling glasses
- Perform proper tableside wine service
- Obtain revenues, issue receipts, accept payments, and return change
- Perform basic cleaning tasks and side-work as directed
- Fill in for absent staff as needed
- Assist with special events as needed
- Greet all guests warmly with appropriate greetings
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently
- Understand and communicate distillery products and processes
