Job Requirements
- Temporary position for 28 weeks
- willingness to comply with strict alcohol prohibition while onboard
- completion of emergency and safety training essential for safe ship operation
- ability to maintain composure and attitude in dynamic environment

Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- physical ability to lift, bend, climb, and stand or walk for extended periods
- able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
- successful completion of pre-employment drug test including marijuana and controlled substances
- adherence to company grooming standards including visible tattoo and piercing limitations
- positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- efficiently set-up and break-down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour including setting tables, arranging linen, silverware, china and glassware
- cater to all culinary requests in an efficient manner
- acknowledge guests by name, escort them to their tables, present food and beverage menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer menu questions
- relay orders to the galley and serve various courses and beverages with care ensuring presentation and garnishing
- perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering evening entertainment
