Job Requirements

- prior food service experience preferred
- basic math skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills

- able to obtain necessary certifications such as Bossier ABO and LACT
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum six months to one year of food server experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred
- basic math and problem-solving skills
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- excel independently and in teams
- maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- communicate effectively with team members at all levels
- ability to work at a fast pace in a crowded/noisy environment
- must be able to obtain a Bossier ABO and LACT
Job Duties
- provide fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service
- help guests select food and beverages by suggesting courses, explaining chef's specialties, and recommending beverage pairings
- maintain dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude
- transmit orders to bar and kitchen accurately including guest dietary needs
- maintain table settings, clear courses, replenish utensils, and refill drinks
- process payments and issue bills accurately
- maintain cleanliness of designated areas following health and safety standards
