Job Duties
- takes guest orders utilizing menu knowledge and situational selling techniques
- serves food and beverages promptly ensuring all items meet company standards
- communicates professionally with guests to determine needs and assist with menu selections
- promotes new products and promotions to guests
- demonstrates detailed knowledge of menu items
- inputs orders accurately into POS system
- pre-bus tables and assist with side work as needed
- practices safe food and beverage handling
- handles food prep equipment safely
- effectively handles guest complaints and involves management when appropriate
- manages crowd interactions and guest waiting times
- assists in other job categories as assigned
- performs all other duties as assigned
