Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems such as Micros
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment
- basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- teamwork and cooperative attitude
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- awareness of alcohol policies and guest safety procedures
- physical ability to stand and move for long periods

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company sanitation procedures
- maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate
- follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
- assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to manager
- greet newly seated guests in a friendly and timely manner
- accurately take guests' food and drink orders
- maintain thorough understanding of menu items and answer questions about food and drink
- enter orders into Micros quickly and in proper sequence
- ensure food is properly garnished and delivered to designated sections
- work efficiently adhering to "full hands in, full hands out" philosophy
- assist in party set up and breakdown
- bus and reset tables as needed
- assist other team members as needed
- responsible for sales on personal Micros keys and completing station side work
- participate in all incentives and contests
- follow portion guidelines to ensure cost control
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after food delivery, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, prebussing
- keep station clean and set up/take down station tables
- maintain favorable relationships with all team members
- communicate effectively with guests to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience
- operate Micros, handle credit card transactions, and account for monies at end of shift
- communicate verbally with guests and team members
- maintain proper dress code and professional appearance
